WE ARE HIRING for a Sales & Growth Representative to join our growing business!
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- A minimum of 2-3 years in a sales/marketing field or relevant sales experience preferred.
- GED or comparable education or higher is mandatory.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
- Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills with effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong impact and influential abilities. (Building a network of referrals).
- Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and Emailing.
- Should hold a valid driver’s license (but not mandatory).
- Commissions and pay structure to be discussed during successful interviews.
- Remote work with the potential for ‘Hybrid Work’ at times for training.
- Suited for those that have strong work ethic and are competitive within a team environment.
